As I near the end of my first term on council, I am very proud of the work I have done. Being your voice and advocate on council has been the best part of this volunteer position. I have listened, learned and advocated on your behalf. While I have contributed to many positive changes for our city, I have more work to do. I look forward to your support.

Accomplishments / Notable Votes:
· Voted against raising property taxes in 2022 and 2023
· Advocated on behalf of residents to restore water, electric and propane during recent weather events
· Met with TxDOT to change the turn lane on 620 at Flint Rock Rd allowing more stacking of cars in the turn lane and eliminating left turns into the Grove from opposition direction
· Requested additional intersections to be added to the Highlands Blvd traffic study
· Advocated for traffic mitigation in Rough Hollow near RH Elementary and along Highlands Blvd
· Strong advocate for the installation of two stop signs in the Serene Hills Neighborhood allowing residents to safely enter Serene Hills Dr based on constituent feedback
· Requested a traffic safety study on Serene Hills Dr that lowered the recommended speed limit
· Requested Travis County perform a traffic study on Flint Rock Rd that added several new traffic signs for added safety
· Requested the installment of an Amber Beacon sign on Flint Rock Rd notifying of blind curve based on resident feedback and accident data
· Strong advocate for the forthcoming stop light / traffic signal at Flint Rock Rd at Wild Cherry (to be installed fall 2024)
· Advocated for new digital signage at Lakeway Elementary
· Partnered with LTISD, City of Bee Cave and City of Lakeway to host a joint community-wide Human Trafficking Awareness Event
· Strong advocate for updating the ordinance to allow additional usage of the Lakeway Activity Center
· Voted in favor of amending the golf cart ordinance to allow residents to traverse the city using golf carts and Polaris style vehicles
· Strong advocate for updating the City’s Ethics Ordinance to allow donations
· Strong advocate for Lakeway's wildlife and proudly voted against Trapping, Transporting and Processing of our deer population
· Strong advocate for Lakeway's Arts Committee as the Council Liaison and volunteer for our joint partnership with LTISD Schools to bring the Austin Symphony Orchestra to perform side-by-side with LTISD students each spring
